73. The problem with NUTS.
Nuts are so nutritious and delicious, but so easy to overeat! We love their protein, fiber, healthy fats, vitamins, mineral, and antioxidants, but we love to eat a lot of them. They are nutrient dense, which is a good thing, but also just plain DENSE. It's hard to stop at one serving with that delectable CRUNCH.
