93. Ayurveda and Weight Loss w/ Dr. Rashmi Schramm

"You are already whole and complete as you are."

Feel the power in those words and let them sink in. This idea of being whole and complete is central to the Ayurvedic arts, and when I first encountered it, I remember feeling like a weight had lifted off of my shoulders. I hope you do too as you listen to this episode!

Today, I'm joined by Dr. Rashmi Schramm to talk about how the practice of Ayurveda can be a great tool in weight loss. Dr. Schramm is a Board Certified physician, a certified coach, and a certified Ayurveda and Meditation teacher. She specializes in helping busy women tap into their own inner peace and power so they can confidently live more energetic and purposeful lives.
